2. Returning the Product
- If the customer does not like the product upon delivery, they may choose to return it.
- In such cases, the customer must pay the delivery charge.
3. Conditions for Return
- Returns must be initiated at the time of delivery. Once the product is accepted, it cannot be returned later unless a defect or issue is identified.
- Products must remain in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
